Dave’s Home Maintenance operates out of the
Sanford/Lee County area of central North Carolina,
and the North Myrtle Beach area of SC.
Our business hours are 7:30am – 5:00pm, Monday – Saturday.
We are a Veteran Owned Business, and are Fully Insured.
Our small business focuses on those odd/small jobs that other home repair businesses & contractors do not have time for or interest in.
We provide installation, repair, and replacement services to our valued customers.
Our goal is to provide outstanding customer service to all our customers.
Customer Service is more than just a catch phrase, it is:
- Providing first-rate / quality service.
- Always returning customers phone calls. - Being on-time, and if that by-chance is not possible (which sometimes
occurs), notifying our valued customer immediately.....
The same way we want to be treated by service-persons that visit our
home.
Throughout this site you will see the terms “we” & “our” since Dave’s Home Maintenance is a team effort, and that team is instrumental in meeting the desires of our customers. Below are just of few items that the members of our team perform/complete.
1. They identify portrait of services, work, or repair to be accomplished.
2. They provide the background and history of the problem/work
that exists.
3. They identify the scheduled time-period for the services, work, or
repair.
4. Additionally, they sign off on the completed-work, ensuring it meets the
customer’s requirements.
Taking everything into account, these fine folks are the most important individuals within Our Team, and none of the services we provide can be accomplished without their invaluable knowledge & contribution.
The members of our team are Our Customers.
Once this Team’s work is complete, the only remaining step is to execute
the work, and that’s what I do.
